Your order will be dispatched by UPS within 2-3 working days after the date that you placed the order.
When your order and payment are validated, Frezyderm will send you an Order Confirmation email.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email which confirms the shipping of your order.
A receipt of your order will be incuded in the parcel.

We process a refund within 2-3 business days of receiving the good, however it depends on the Bank and Paypal in how many days you will receive the refund.

From time to time, FREZYDERM offers special promotional coupons codes to our customers. To use your coupon code simply enter it in the relevant field on the Shopping Basket page or on the Delivery/Billing page during the checkout process. When a coupon code is accepted, it will be displayed on the total cost of your order.
Please Note: Promotion coupons codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear. Only one coupon code may be used per online order.
To enable us to process your order, we need some information about you such as your delivery address, billing address and email address. You can provide us this information either by creating an account or as a guest.
The creation of an account will also allow you to benefit fully from services offered, for instance creating a list of your own personal favourite products, viewing past orders etc.
