UK Delivery
We currently ship to addresses across the United Kingdom.
- Standard Delivery (2–4 business days): £3.95 for orders below £25; free on orders of £25 or more
- Express Delivery (1–3 business days): £5.99
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays or high-demand periods.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery's progress.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us via our Contact page and we'll investigate with the courier.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the UK. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future.
